Elmes Associates is a partnership established in the Federation of St.Kitts and Nevis as

of July 1983. The partnership has operated continuously from that date offering professional

services in Engineering, Surveying and Architecture. The firm plans and designs a wide variety

of projects and manages construction of the work.
